As some of you may know, I’ve battled with my weight all the way throughout my adult life and have gone from anywhere between 81kg [less than 13 stone / 180lbs] to 155kg [over 24 stone / 340lbs]. Today, 3rd of December 2024, I’m beginning my attempt to lose weight again, like I did in 2014/5 when I lost 67kg [around 10.5 stone in a year). I’m currently weighing in at 130.7kg [circa 20.5 stone / 288lbs] and I’m aiming to lose 41kg [circa 6.5 stone / 90lbs] to get down to 89.7kgs [around 14 stone / 200lbs] by my 60th birthday in March 2026.
