I’ve battled with my weight throughout adult life and fluctuated between 155kg [over 24 stone] and 81kg [less than 13 stone]. Back in 2014/5, I lost 67kg [10.5 stone] in a year but have put a lot back on. So here I am again, attempting to lose weight, but this time it’s also to try and reverse type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. I stared on the 1st of December 2024 at 130.7kg [circa 20.5 stone] and aiming to lose 41kg [circa 6.5 stone] and get down to 89.7kgs [around 14 stone] by around my 60th birthday in March 2026. Here’s where I’m up to.

– 1st of April 2025 … WEIGHT: 126.40kg [circa 19.90 stone / 278.66lbs] … LOST: 4.30kg [circa 0.67 stone / 9.47lbs] … TO GO: 36.70kg [circa 5.77 stone / 80.90lbs]

– 1st of March 2025 … WEIGHT: 126.80kg [circa 19.96 stone / 279.54lbs] … LOST: 3.90kg [circa 0.61 stone / 8.59lbs] … TO GO: 37.10kg [circa 5.84 stone / 81.79lbs]

– 1st of February 2025 … WEIGHT: 127.10kg [circa 20.01 stone / 280.20lbs] … LOST: 3.60kg [circa 0.56 stone / 7.93lbs] … TO GO: 37.40kg [circa 5.88 stone / 82.45lbs]

– 1st of January 2025 … WEIGHT: 128.70kg [circa 20.26 stone / 283.73lbs] … LOST: 2.00kg [circa 0.31 stone / 4.41lbs] … TO GO: 39.00kg [circa 6.19 stone / 85.59lbs]

– 1st of December 2024 … WEIGHT: 130.70kg [circa 20.50 stone / 288.00lbs] … TO GO: 41.00kg [circa 6.50 stone / 90.00lbs]
